Smart Active Balancer Connection Steps

1、Solder the cable.Connect the first string (black) of the balance cable to the total negative electrode of the battery, and the second string (blue) to the positive electrode of the first string of batteries.The third string (blue) is connected to the positive terminal of the second string of batteries,and so on,until the last string (blue) is connected to the total positive terminal of the battery.Then check whether there is any cross in the sampling cable or false welding.

2、Measure Voltage:After the sampling cable is connected, Pls measure the voltage of the adjacent point on the back of the plug. (Normal voltage range: Li-ion: 3.0-4.15V/Lifepo4: 2.5-3.6V) After confirming that the voltage is correct, insert the plug.

3、Get start:1)Plug the sampling line into the active balancing module; 2) The active balance module is automatically activated when the power is turned on.lf the cable is discon'nected or manually removed and plugged in during the use,it needs to be powered on again to activate.

How to use the smart active balance module:

1)Plug in the Bluetooth module and download the mobile APP:BalanceBMS", You can search for "Balance BMS in IOS Store and GoogleStore to download and install it.

2).Turn on the mobile phone positioning and Bluetooth functions.

3). Open the APP BalanceBMS:you can search for the Bluetooth serial number,and click on the Bluetoothserial number to log in to the APP.

4) in the Bluetooth setting parameter interface,users can set the balancing parameters according to theactual characteristics of the battery.The setting range of the balancing current is 0.1-1A and the balancing voltage difference must be >20mV.

5).Customer only can review parameters of discharge high-temperature protection, discharge low-temperature protection,single string overvoltage protection,and single string Undervoltage protection.if the protection is triggered,the equalization function will be turned off.

6). The default sleep time is set to 3600 seconds.lf you need to cancel the hibernation function,you needto set this value to 65535.Note:The software active balance module has RS485 and UART communication functions,and also supports settings through the host computer (PCMasterl.)lf you need the PC software installation package anduser tutorial.please contact the customer service in the website or store.

7). Pls inputInitial password 123456before you change parameter setting.

8)APP can support 7 languages including Russian, Norwegian, German, French, Chinese, English, Spanish

9) Support Bluetooth APP, UART/RS485 PC Master communication.
